What is Charmed: Box of Shadows?

Charmed: Box of Shadows is a licensed quarterly subscription box filled with never-before-seen exclusive Charmed products.

 What’s inside the box?

The contents of each Box of Shadows are a mystery! Consider us your Whitelighters who are watching over you: we curate boxes with unique items you'll adore like apparel, accessories, collectibles, jewelry, home goods and more.

How often and when are my boxes delivered?

Boxes will be delivered four times a year: January, April, July, and October.

  • January Box – Ships late January
  • April Box – Ships late April
  • July Box – Ships late July
  • October Box – Ships late October

Can I buy Charmed: Box of Shadows items in stores?

Nope, we create exclusive licensed items only available through us!

Where can I get past boxes?

If any extra past boxes are available, they will be up for purchase on our shop page. However, we can never guarantee that we will have extras, so subscribing is the only way to make sure you don’t miss out!

How do I know which box I am getting?

You can check our homepage to confirm which box is currently open for subscriptions Typically, we will accept new subscribers for each box up until the middle of the month in which we ship, but we may sell out before then!

What do I know which t-shirt size to get?

Our t-shirts are unisex. Please find the sizing chart below.

 CHEST: Measured across the chest one inch below armhole when laid flat.

SLEEVE LENGTH: Start at center of neck and measure down shoulder, down sleeve to hem.

BODY LENGTH AT BACK: Measured from high point shoulder to finished hem at back.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes, if you'd like to gift a subscription to someone, please create a new account and input their name and address where requested!

ACCOUNT DETAILS

How do I change my delivery address?

Log in to your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Subscriptions”, click on "Edit" to the right of your address, and enter your new delivery address.

How do I change my t-shirt size? 

Log in to your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Subscriptions”, find the subscription you would like to edit, click on "Edit", click on "Change Product Variant" and choose your new t-shirt size. Make sure to save your changes!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Subscriptions”, find the subscription you would like to cancel, and then click “Cancel”. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.

I cancelled my subscription, but I was still shipped a box. Why?

Cancelling your subscription stops all future renewals. If you canceled your subscription after it was renewed on the first of the month, but before your box was shipped to you, you will still receive your box.

I've already been charged for a box, but would like to cancel my order. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, once you have been charged for a box, you may not cancel that quarter’s box. However, you can still log in to your account and cancel your subscription to stop receiving future boxes.

I canceled my subscription, but want to subscribe again. How do I resubscribe?

Log in to your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Subscriptions”, find the subscription you would like to renew, and then click “Reactivate”. You will receive an email confirming your reactivated subscription.

How do I change plans from Quarterly to Annual or vice versa?

Log in to your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Subscriptions”, find the subscription you would like to change, and then click “Swap”. Choose your new subscription plan.

BILLING

How do I update my payment information and my billing address?

Login to your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Billing Information” and change your credit card number or billing address as needed.

When will my subscription renew?

If you are signed up for the Quarterly Plan, your account will be billed before each box ships. This will continue until you cancel your Charmed: Box of Shadows subscription.

Our subscriptions will renew on the 1st of the month. Your initial payment covers  your first box, and subsequent renewals would be on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

For example, if you subscribe to get October’s box, you will be billed immediately, and then you will be billed for January's box on January 1st.

If you are signed up for the Annual Plan, your account will renew on the next billing cycle after your 4th box has shipped. This will continue until you cancel your Charmed: Box of Shadows subscription.

What currency is the pricing in?

All orders are processed in USD.

Am I charged for taxes/fees when signing up or renewing?

Your total will include the price of the plan plus any applicable sales tax.

International customers may be subject to import/customs fees or taxes.

My account says “past due” – what do I do?

You will be put in “past due” status when your renewal is unsuccessfully processed. You will receive emails to notify you that we were unable to renew your account. These emails will include a link to update your billing information.

“Past due” status will place your subscription on hold. No shipments will be sent, but your account will not be canceled until a final renewal failure.

If your subscription is currently “past due” and you would like to cancel, please contact us at info@myfanmail.com to have your cancellation processed.

I want a refund. Is this possible?

We do not offer returns, refunds, or credits if you do not like the items you receive, as our boxes are meant to be a mystery! We hope you have a friend in your life who will enjoy the items that you do not, and that you may pass along the fandom fun!

SHIPPING

When does Charmed: Box of Shadows ship?

We are a quarterly subscription that ships on the following schedule:

  • January Box – Ships late January
  • April Box – Ships late April
  • July Box – Ships late July
  • October Box – Ships late October

How do I change my delivery address?

Log in to your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Subscriptions”, click on "Edit" to the right of your address, and enter your new delivery address.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the U.S. is $8.99 per box.

Shipping outside of the U.S. is based on weight and varies country to country.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, tracking is available to domestic US customers. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! If for some reason your country is not available at checkout, please reach out to us at info@myfanmail.com.

How long will to take for my box to arrive?

Most customers within the US receive their boxes 2-4 business days after shipping. We recommend that you check on the progress of your box through the tracking number.

The delivery date of orders to international customers varies greatly depending on your location and how long it takes for your order to get through customs. We request that you allow some additional time for your box to arrive.

REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

My box arrived missing an item or an item has been damaged/broken. What do I do?

We are human, and sometimes we miss things! Please contact us at info@myfanmail.com with images of your damaged items. Damages to the shipping boxes and outer packaging of products do not qualify for replacement.

Please report your missing and/or damaged items within 30 days of receiving your shipment in order to ensure our inventory is available for replacements to ship.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or credits if you do not like the items you receive, as our boxes are meant to be a mystery! We hope you have a friend in your life who will enjoy the items that you do not, and that you may pass along the fandom fun!

My outside box was damaged in transit. Can I get a new one shipped to me?

While we think our artist did a great job on creating a gorgeous box, however, the outer shipping box is meant to be functional: it should get your items to you safely. We do not replace shipping boxes because of dirt and/or damage to the box itself. Please examine the contents carefully to ensure there is no damage to items inside. If there are damaged items, see our exchange policy above!

BRAND REPS AND COLLABORATION INQUIRIES

I have a product that would be a great fit for your box. How can we collaborate?

We would love for you to fill out our Google Form, and we will periodically review submissions as we curate new boxes!

I would love to become a brand rep! How do I do so?

Periodically, we will host searches for new brand representatives on Instagram. We would love for you to apply if your following is mostly on there. If you have a YouTube channel or a blog and think we are a good fit, please email us with your qualifications at info@myfanmail.com. We do not guarantee that we will be able to include you on our brand rep team, but we do look at all submissions!
